Jennifer Antonow
Director of Operations
Jennifer initially joined the F4D network as co-founder of Focus for Democracy’s sister organization, Focus 2020 (now Focus Action Network). The team mobilized hundreds of volunteers in the consequential Philadelphia pandemic election, and subsequently the Georgia runoff. After building and managing the volunteer operations of the organization with Julia from the ground up, Jennifer then transitioned to overseeing operations for the Focus for Democracy donor network and plays a key role in oversight of technology, finance, legal, compliance, communications, and process management.
Jennifer has a background in consulting with experience in operations, marketing and technology, including terms at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and Giant Step, Leo Burnett’s first web development arm. Jennifer served as VP Product Marketing at start-up B2P (Business to Philanthropy) building and marketing finance and impact management software for 501(c)(3) organizations and foundations. Her foray into political work was in 1993 as an intern in the UK House of Commons.
An active political and community volunteer, board member, and founder of two start-ups, Jennifer served as Board President of Palo Alto Partners in Education, one of the country’s largest education foundations.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She resides with her husband, two teenagers and a dog who frequents Zoom calls, in Palo Alto, California.
