Jenn Herrera
Administrative Director
Jenn manages the many details that come with running an extensive donor network, tracking and processing all donations and keeping our busy F4D team on track.
She is our database guru, archivist, and troubleshooting partner. When you ask Jenn, “Can you . . . ?” she always says , “Sure thing!” and when you ask, “Do you think it’s possible to (to do something technical that we don’t know is possible). . .”, she always says, “Let me see!” She provides a critical backbone to our operation and does everything with a “can do and will do attitude!”
Alongside her work with F4D, Jennifer also serves as Regional Advocacy Coordinator for multiple United Way chapters in Southern California. She has worked on many federal and state campaigns and ballot initiatives, providing legislative research, fundraising and event planning, and grassroots coordination. She has also worked as Executive Director of The Seneca Network, a bundling organization that raised money for women to run for office as well as Fix101.org, a grassroots group aimed at fixing the 101 freeway in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.
A founding member of the California Women’s Leadership Association’s Gold Coast Chapter and Past President, Jenn’s skills are complemented by her recognition as a Marian Bergeson Excellence in Public Service Graduate. She has worked on campaigns ranging from local municipal offices to Congressional races to a governor’s race.
Jenn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She lives with her family in Southern California.
