These dollars are the most flexible, so if you don’t need the tax deduction, please donate using this option — to Courier Newsroom directly. Courier Newsroom is a public benefit corporation (PBC).

Focus for Democracy normally prefers that the funds generated by its network go directly to recommended organizations without passing through F4D component entities. However, Courier Newsroom does not have a way to accept c3 funds directly. If you prefer to get a tax deduction for your contribution, you can contribute to Focus for Democracy Fund (F4DF). To comply with tax and accounting regulations, you acknowledge in making this contribution that F4DF retains the right to use these funds in other ways if it concludes that is necessary to achieve its mission.
